you cannot get hydrocodone etc any more in the U.S. without going to a pain management clinic and going through a major evaluation. damn tough to get now.
the epidemic in health care now is the cost of prescriptions. big pharma charges whatever the fuck they want and nobody contends it because the politicians are all in their pockets. simple
