it does not matter how many bombs were dropped, the goal of any war is to win so drop as many bombs as needed to accomplish that goal. if i get in a fight my goal is to live through it any way i can and no rules apply, that is the way wars should be conducted as well. if you don't believe in war then save time and convert to Islam now before they force you to.
