He "IS" the crime. (no double entendre intended)

There's so much dirt on this guy that he simply won't be able to dust it all off.
He will go down FOR SURE! The type of crime is insignificant.
When you stick your neck out THAT FAR, the axe man is always lurking nearby.

"O'scamma" made it the whole way through and walked off the stage a dignified human being,
without one assassination attempt on his life, I might add.
This guy won't be assassinated as president either, because he won't be president long enough for that to happen.
