Though this is a somewhat cartoonish rendering of the valve train it does reveal some cool stuff.

Note there are no lifters or rockers, the cams operate directly upon the valve buckets themselves.

Secondly, though it's hard to make out with certainty if the cams are belt or chain driven, another pic I found of the crank shows a sprocket machined onto the crank, so yeah, it's a chain. Note how the chain is supported/guided on both sides of the cams and if you look closely on the left side guide you'll see what looks like a single hydraulic tensioner which is most likely applying a pre-load to the chain for tensioning. Note the difference between the rt and lt side outer chain guides as the rt guide is in a fixed position while the lt side guide is allowed to pivot.

Then they've obviously again opted for simplicity (and compactness) in having the exhaust cams being driven off the intake cams via a secondary chain which looks to have a spreader to maintain proper tension.
