To us adults, the title of this post indicates many things and also implies humour.
The title tells us that I and every other grown up here knows that this particular vehicle does not need dolly wheels.
The humour is obtained by peeling back the layers of the onion and realising that the car is in fact crap, is a FWD and the owner has opted for a stoopid spoiler and dolly wheels perhaps as a sign of their own mature sense of humour. Buying a sensible can but then adding a bit of rock'n'roll to tell the world that they don't take thing too seriously, or that they are into street drags but this is just their "other car". It just goes on and on. It is truely amazing.
