It's indians and phillipinos that get all the work in my industry.
The problem is the overall quality. We get guys through with 20 years experience.. but we have to keep telling the recruiters that 6 months experience 40 times does not equal 20 years because that's what we get. They've done the same basic tasks for 20 years and never extended themselves beyond that.
Hopefully I'll keep my role for at least a while anyway
