I remember when Motorhead played a small pub in my home town in the mid 80's.
When we turned up, I was expecting to see a bus load of leather clad head bangers roll up for the gig.
Instead, about 500 skinheads arrived out of nowhere, wearing their trouser straps and doc martins.
The publican was refusing them entry because they did not meet the dress code but the skins threatened to burn the pub down
if they weren't let in. So he let them in and they trashed the place anyway.

Not all fast music is designed for skinheads, shame they didn't understand that.
