Then why do the schools have blacks in them? It is their choice to study and complete school without dropping out. It is also their choice to work or commit crimes to support their families or their drug habit. Why is it some black people can grow up and become successful while others destroy their own lives? Nobody is forcing them to take the easy way out. White people cannot get those government handouts.
