Filthy whore? Just a guess, but she probably bathes regularly, so let's toss "filthy" as an unlikely trait. On the whore front it's kinda doubtful she's got a string of paying customers lining up to sample her cooze, so let's shit can that one too.

Miley strikes me as a fairly average looking blond chic with a mid level (at best) vocal talent. With all that goin for her, her management team/promoters have chosen to focus media attention surrounding her through the artful use of nudity, hints of nudity and scandalous behavior (depending on whatever scandalous means to the individual interpreter) sprinkled with sound bites of outrageous comments from Miley herself.

While one can choose to agree or disagree with the use of the above methodology in "star" promotion, one thing that is absolutely undeniable is that ... it works.
