From the date of the pullover it looks more like he's from the past to me.
Now if the guy was on a carbon fiber bike all dressed in carbon fiber,...
Chrome is so 50s.
A better caption would be something like "Poor Bob was never the same after he fell in the tank and got himself chrome plated."
