I carry my phone in a case on my belt, the camera will see nothing. As for recording audio, it will all be totally boring because we talk about nothing important. My sd card has only pics downloaded from the internet because I am never lucky enough to get live nude pics. I figure the vast majority of people are the same as me and are too boring to spy on. Even if you turn permissions off I suspect they can still do it if they choose.
