I did not claim that it did, but it does show something about the DOJ's statistical methods. I will also add that nowhere on that site could I find any reference to the statements made in the picture, what I copied here was as close as to it as I could find anywhere and I posted it to show that such so-called statistical analysis is terribly incomplete and therefore flawed.
