Oh wow, haddn thought of, much less seen, any of these in years!

In high school our english class did a skit where we used blank pistols in a performance in front of the whole school and then afterwards played with 'em in between classes and during lunch for the rest of the day.

Today, our teacher would likely have been suspended and eventually lost her job for allowing the performance, the skits writers and participants would have all been suspended, counselors would have been called to the school to deal with the poor traumatized students and the school district probably sued for its insensitivity in having allowed such violent acts to be portrayed.

My, my how things have changed so drastically in a mere 40 yrs.

Then again, I graduated when schools were still run by the states, prior to our schools having been taken over by the illogical and inept federal Department of Education. Thanks for that over reaching, nanny state minded bureaucracy belongs to what was the biggest weak suck president we'd ever had .... until now
