Perhaps your life is that shallow. Regardless that is a harsh suggestion.
Talking bullshit is not misspeaking, it's talking bullshit and that's what you do. Not occasionally either. What is occasional is you making any sense at all.
You're probably right about not being able to put a foot in your mouth but not for the reason you cited. It would be impossible to insert your foot into your mouth when your head is up your ass.
