You know what worked best for me.
I dropped out. Entirely. I just don't give a shit anymore. Like that prior post about losers. I constantly called a loser and I don't care. And I don't care about the fact that I don't care. It infuriates the assholes now to where they go off on a rage where they used to be able to send me on a rage and laugh about it. But I don't care. No laughter from me about their rage and it destroys them even more because truly don't give a shit.
