Unfortunately, unless one of the ladies chooses to instigate a civil suit (which I believe has already been done), in which case all parties would likely be named, this will be the extent of the Highway Patrols reprimands of anyone in this matter.

This of course means that if she was ordered by a superior officer to undertake these actions as she claims, she's quite simply being served up as a scapegoat.

And ... had this not made national news it's unlikely any action would have been taken against any of the officers involved
