With the ongoing "rewrite" of our Constitution under the current administration, and not in the way it was intended, through congressional and a legally required state by state vote, as is laid out in the overarching document our govt was always intended to follow in changing the will and intent of Constitutional process, we edge ever closer towards dictatorship.

BTW, I hardly see the TJ quote as a part of the 2nd amendment, nor could anyone with more than 2 brain cells kickin around upstairs, yet its relevancy in the discussion of gun rights/gun control is certainly relevant in light of what's being proposed.
