This may require a rewrite of what? The 2nd Amendment? That certainly seems to be the implied intent in this caricature. Thomas Jefferson did not author the Bill Of Rights. James Madison did and it was rewritten several times.
What is my point? Americans are incredibly ignorant when it comes to their own history.
