Dorry FD but shotguns can be sawed off, at least in Arkansas, as long as the barrel length is not shorter than 12 inches and the overall length in no shorter than 26 inches. Those which meet the requirements can also be sold here by private individuals with no paper work as long as it was owned by the individual for personal use.
