What you believe has no basis in reality and what you've said amounts to nothing more than a string of excuses for your bigotry.
The DNA from a Neanderthal fossil recently found says the person had brown eyes, dark hair and skin.
Considering that the "leg up" you refer to for blacks and Hispanics is something done by the government there is no surprise that it's somewhat fucked up.
