If it's a conspiracy theory I'm confident Fossil would be all over it

I'd welcome scientific discoveries that would validate mythology and theology. Not very much of that happens (if any) and I don't really think it is due to lack of funding entirely, although I do agree that the academic world seems to be very closed-minded about the possibilities. It is more due to a lack of being open-minded and rejecting things as a matter of habit even before possibly investigating them. In my mind the same holds true for theologists and conspiracy theorists and politicians. People resist change. On the other hand it is foolish to base a belief on information and conjecture that has not been validated by accurate investigation and documentation and testing.
