It's the ejection button for Fossil.
Siren controls are usually mounted at the bottom center of the dash.
Oops, I was thinking of police cruisers, sorry. I used to install that crap in cop cars along with all the electronics stuff and they were added after manufacture of the vehicle, not so in fire trucks and ambulances. I still got to install the radios in them though
In the previous picture you can see the black siren and lights switch panel in the center of the dash.
