I wonder what kind of fish those are.

It reminds me of a place in Waldport that we went fishing for flounder. We didn't catch any flounder but we caught a lot of small mackerel that would vibrate really fast when trying to get them off the hook. It tickled our hands, it was almost electric. They were pretty small (about 6-8" long) and we didn't know what they were at first but I guess we could have kept a few and seen if they were any good to eat. We were at a shallow estuary kind of spot at the end of a canal that fed into the mouth of the bay and the little mackerel were cycling around in a big concentrated circle similar to these guys. There were no sharks, thankfully.
