The problem with a voting system that means something, is we'd need voters to pull their fingers out and vote for things

You guys are great and all, but there's like 6 of you that actually vote

Looking at the 'top list' right now, the #1 picture has been voted on 11 times, and down to a massive 3 votes on the 20th image.

That's in the past week if I recall. Makes it hard to do anything automatic, and we did always want quality on the front page of the site, as that is still what 50% of people land on. The other 50% come in via an image directly.

If we allow all you hoodlums to choose what's on the front page, there goes the other 50% of the traffic

I do want to do some development on the site, but DK was always the coder and he's off .. I don't know doing what. Not plus613 work that's for sure
