There are a lot of closed military bases around the country. Finding places to house military personnel (not detention centers F_D!) is not the big issue. We have obligations under several treaties to support many foreign governments with military presence. Those have to be addressed first. We have to figure out how to extricate our country from being the global police force. Just pulling everyone out all at once is not going to work.
