It's all faked up shit for appearances to fool the people into a false sense of security. It makes it appear that the government is doing something. Problem is we are paying for it, we are paying for nothing. People are too fucking gullible. Sometimes I hope it is actually changing and people are starting to wake up, then they open their mouths and pop that bubble for me.
