But an object still has to be bouyant enough to overcome it's sheer weight which, granted, is easier than one might think. I know there have been concrete ships in the past, but lead is pretty damned heavy, especially enough of it to make a canoe. You can take the first ride & let me know how it goes, Blah.

I can't believe how stupid and wasteful they were to spoil such a beautiful place. I'd love to canoe there, if not for the deadliness of the place.
