This is funny and has a point but that is not really what it means. It is a tantric symbol used in Hindu, Buddhist and Jain religions meant to invoke Shakti (spiritual/cosmic/psychic energy) and Hitler used it as psychological manipulation tool. He paid attention alright, he knew what it meant and used it for evil purposes.
