The biggest problem I see with using the internet for news is the fact that with so many unemployed and having to tighten their belts, the internet is usually the first casualty of personal budget cuts. TV entertainment is usually the last to cut because of the rest of the family. My grown kids are a perfect example, their very first cuts are always the internet. After that though they get stupid and cut their cell phones instead of their xbox 360s.
