How in hell can you be on the look out for trouble and NOT profile? That's part of the deal. You look for suspicious circumstances and persons. I know, you mean "racial profiling" but guess what? Tough shit. That's the way the gig plays out in reality. Nobody, even another black person, is going to be on neighborhood watch and see a suspicious looking/acting person and NOT notice the color of his/her skin.
