Since I waddn there when this happened to know what truly occurred it's hard to realistically make a determination of what really took place.

That having been said, it seems the media instantly ran with the idea this whole incident was racially based, began posting images of a younger (more childlike) black kid and then somehow twisted the whole scenario even further by declaring the shooter was a white-latino, all of which seems quite pointed in its overall intent in stirring the shit pot and misleading the reality of what occurred.

By the time other news began to appear in the form of the actual 911 call made by the bystander where crys for help by the shooter were verified and that the witness claimed the shooter was indeed gettin his ass kicked by this kid (the main evidence the police seemed to have used in not having arrested the shooter) the media had managed to whip the whole incident up to such a fever pitch that even that info didn't satiate the call for blood that had arisen.

It's really sad to me that people like Jackson, Sharpton and others have utilized this incident to keep the racial tensions high, as is their all too obvious goal.

Even sadder is that these same folks NEVER utter a peep when the reverse is true and someone outside the black community is beaten or killed by a young black male as criminal statistics actually point to as much more common.

Nor do they ever point to the all too obvious reality that with young black males as the fastest dying group within our society, that they typically die at the hands of other young black males.

If people like Jessie Jackson and Al Sharpton really cared about the fate of their racial compatriots it would seem a call for the return of social responsibility, trying to keep blacks in school so they can be better able to be productive in society and raise themselves up as a culture by something other than handouts from the taxpayers would be a great start.

Jackson and Sharpton "could" do a lot to help blacks achieve better lives for themselves but that is NOT their goal (*horse*)

And now it's been publicly shown the Black Panthers have offered a reward for the shooters capture, essentially offering money to someone to perform the illegal act of kidnapping, which since by law, with it being one racial group essentially pitted against another, also becomes a hate crime at the same time, both of which are also federal crimes.

MIA is any action by law enforcement in regards to these illegal acts which of course would NOT be the case if the races involved were transposed, which is all too obviously a clear case of discrimination by the DOJ, but hey, that damned sure ain't nothin new since any white guy can easily tellya only whites can perpetrate racial discrimination, blacks and Mescans always get a pass hot smiley
