The only thing I would worry about is if she currently has a penis and not if she was born with one. Even if she currently has one as long as she has nice boobs it's not very important to me if she has a dick as long as it is not bigger than mine. I like watching transsexuals have sex with real women but not so much when they have sex with men. Just like I have no problem with gay men I just don't like to watch them having sex. Now gay women that's another story entirely.
