When I lived in Corvallis (OSU town) some of the folks I knew would go wild at the end of the school year because the college kids leaving for the summer would pile up all kinds of stuff around the dumpsters like furniture, beds TVs, stereos, little refrigerators, just about anything you could imagine being in a dorm or student apartment.
