It's the way of the internet. You're not going to avoid the bloat. It would be better if the thumbnail pages showed who uploaded the picture so you could avoid some uploaders for various reasons. I've suggested that several times.
You may optionally give an explanation for why this post was reported, which will be sent to the moderators along with the report. This can help the moderator to understand why you reported the post.
