Re: Image comments for My dog had to be put down this morning
I had to have our 10 year old dog put down and the vet made me stay with her while he did it. Never again. I looked in her eyes and it was all I could do to maintain composure. The wife was able to leave the room but it was really rough on me. I don't understand, I have put other dogs belonging to my adult kids with a pistol but when the vet touched my dogs eye to see if she was gone that was it.
