I haven't had that seared tuna one but I did try a raw tuna version once and it was really very good. That reminds me I've got some fresh home canned tuna I should get out soon that a friend gave me as a tip for fixing her PC. I love that stuff. She also gave me some home made spicy dill pickles. Those are gonna be super yum. You can see lots of fresh dill and the red peppers in the jar with them. It's gonna be a treat for sure.
