I'm over-weight too (no where near to the same extent as the person in the picture above - I need to lose about 20kg/50lbs). It's not a health issue. There may be health issues because of it, but it's not a health issue that makes me overweight. I eat too much of the wrong stuff and don't exercise enough. People need to take responsibility for their actions rather than trying to find something or somebody else to blame.

Pro's issue is another matter all together though.
