If you use those 2 .exe's then look at the permissions/settings for each of them and see if something's amiss. If you're not using one or both of 'em do a search for all files with their names as a part of the file and make sure to include the hidden files & delete them bitches!
Or, try deleting all the files for each and reinstallin 'em & see if you still have the problem
