I think you are forgetting Adelaide 1994 when Schumacher took out championship rival Damon Hill, and Jerez 1997 when he took out Villeneuve. Not to mention the team orders that meant he got vicoties and points he didn't deserve. Then you need to take into account how Ferrari had a tyre supplier formulating their tyres to suit his car and style of driving (and all the other users of that tyre having to live with those consequences). Then there's the political wheeling and dealing that meant that Ferrari had more money from FOM than any other team. He was a good driver, but he was playing with a stacked deck. Look at his recent form - his inexperienced team mate usually beats him.

Sure Senna may have been arrogant and aggressive on the track, but if I was putting a fantasy team together I would have Senna in the cockpit over Schumacher.
