I am definitely not a fan of these neighborhood basketball hoops...my neighbors on either side have them and I absolutely hate the noise they make bouncing the ball and the also the ball hitting the hoop..
BUT...they are not breaking any laws and if they weren't busy playing b-ball they might be breaking some laws instead, such as vandalism or malicious mischief or who knows what...
