Seems ICE has way more than enough time on their hands these days, not having to actually aggressively do the job their tasked with, so now they're gonna take over shutting down sites/domains that permit/allow/enable copyright infringement and/or the sales of knock-offs.

Seems due process takes another hit since they intend to move on the assumption of guilty until proven innocent (shutting down sites BEFORE stating any proof in a court of law) and ... violating the 4th amendment to the Constitution since this effectively becomes (theft) confiscation of property (sites/domains) by the govt. in not allowing due process prior to the confiscation.
