Personally I don't give a damn what they put on ground zero. What I do care about is the fact that radical Muslims are at war with all who are not Muslim with us heading the list. I don't care how much money the military gets good for them they deserve it. We need our military, the world is not ready to sing Kumbayah yet.

What makes anyone think the American people can't think about more than one issue at a time. It doesn't take much effort to care about many issues at once and the vast majority of humans can do it and do all the time. It is only the news media who cannot show more than one issue at once which is what might be confusing you about the people.
