My contention is that other than those who have managed to line their pockets and fund their juicy porkulus filled projects coffers with stimulus cash you'd be hard pressed to find support for any of it from the public at large and even economists in general as a "success".

But, back to the point, I don't find people in general or specifically blaming Obama for the earlier stimulus BS though most everyone does agree every stimulus program has been ineffective in achieving satisfactory results .... unless you're one of the hundreds of thousands of new govt. employees who HAVE benefited from it hot smiley

It amazes me how Obama continues to defy the obvious realities when he carps on at every opportunity in telling us all how great economic disaster has been averted by all this wanton govt. spending and then goes even deeper into the realm of the absurd in saying we've avoided a national depression with these programs and that the economy is now on the mend and the future looks all rosy and peachy.

Last time I checked the unemployment level was still hovering at near the 10% mark, private industry continues to hemmorage jobs and doesn't seem to back any concepts of the hope of new jobs at all at this juncture, oh and yeah, we've managed to post the largest and most steeply rising deficits and benchmark national deficit figures (in RECORD TIME I might add).

Obama is worse than witless, he's purposed and principled in what he's doing. Sadly the purposes and principles just seem to be at total odds with our survival as a viable nation (*horse*)
