Being prepared is not being afraid. I am sure you have health insurance does that mean you are afraid of getting sick? You wear a seat belt, does that mean you are afraid of having an accident? No, you wear a seat belt just in case you need it. It is the same thing about weapons, we have them just in case we need them for any reason. We hope we won't need them but should the need arise we will be ready. The worse thing would be to need a gun and not have one.
