Hey MK, thanks for the reply... going to have to go over it in detail later when work dies down some. I do agree on a quick skim that some of that does seem to suck and is actually quite unlike our system up here. What it sounds like is you're implementing a system closer to what Switzerland uses and not a true universal health care system. More comments later
