"unsympathetics to the "plight" of the uninsured" This phrase I would like to understand how the health care bill helps those who are uninsured? Most the uninsured are uninsured because they simply can't afford insurance so how does the health care bill solve this problem? I have been uninsured before but it was not because I couldn't find insurance, it was because I couldn't afford it. Will the health care bill give insurance to those people without them having to pay for it or will it just make it illegal for them not to have insurance? I would like for someone to read the bill and give me an honest answer to this question.
