This is the biggest wild hog I've spotted. It was slightly angled facing me and you can judge by the width of the one lane road about how long it is. It was just after sunset so the light was poor and, as usual it had it's head down rooting for food. I was fortunate to have spotted it before I fully broke cover or it would indeed have boogied out of there when it saw me.Despite the obvious presence of man here at the entrance to the preserve, no one has been feeding the hogs here.
