The latest version of Firefox for Ubuntu allows you to enable any flash application individually on your screen if you want. Every flash application on a page will have a "flash" icon and you can run it by clicking on the icon or else the icon is all you ever have to see. Works great for keepin the damned bubbles from streamin by at the top of this page
