While it's easy enough to see how folks outside the US can find our politics and news of less relevance personally than ones regarding their own country does this in any way invalidate their relevance to those here who are living a life where such topics directly impact our society and lives?

If these posted images and comments are unappealing the question still remains why click or read them only to then complain about the fact you chose to do so? Like I've often read as a response to similar complaints, if you don't like what you see, post something of personal interest. The choice to do so is still in one hand or the other, so why not take personal responsibility for utilizing that choice instead of complaining about having made it
