there is no reason whatsoever to allow any organization to misuse tax payer money....NONE! AND TO JUST THROW ASIDE ANY INVESTIGAITON BECAUSE IT'S TOO SMALL IS A JOKE! every dime will be accounted for...period! any misuse of said funds should be punishable by firing squad.
